This product was much smaller than I expected, I was wanting a stand to come with this product but it did not come with one. however it did slide under my laptop cooling assembly. This product did come with a cd software disk but I did not need to use it, thanks to the programming capability of the product my laptop recognized it and made it easy to program into my laptop. However this fact was not documented properly and I was left guessing at what was going to happen upon connection. Some of the products I have purchased come with limited information on programming and compatability with my paticular computer. However this particular external harddrive was exactly what I wanted due it's physical size and it's storage ability. Price range was also very good and I was happy with what I paid for it. But there was only one of it's kind and I did have to do some searching for it but it was totally worth the time and effort.

This portable drive should state that it is not up-to-date with new operating systems. It works for XP but not Vista or Windows7. I can't say how it works as I have Windows 7 and it loads into the files but cannot copy my files. I wasted my money on buying the item due to the failure of the company or Amazon to state which operating systems it complied with.

This hard drive has worked well for me so far, though I haven't owned it long. It worked just like a giant flash drive. I copied the entire contents of my laptop into it and it took about 40 minutes. I'm happy with my purchase.

I needed something to expand the amount of data I could save on my laptop, this was perfect and was reconized immediatley. Had absoulutley no problems on Windows XP SP2. 320 GB is plenty of space for all the movies and games I download. It comes with a standard usb cord as well as a nifty carrying case perfect for traveling. Good Buy.
